About Your Doctor
Dr. Paige Paparone (formerly Dr. Paige Salamone)
Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management

A Physician Who Actually Listens
Dr. Paparone founded Apex Pain Medicine with a single mission: to give Naples patients access to expert-level interventional pain care — without defaulting to surgery or long-term opioid medications. She is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and believes that effective pain treatment starts with understanding the source.
Dr. Paparone reviews your full history, evaluates your imaging, and explains exactly what is causing your pain before recommending any course of treatment.
Every patient at Apex Pain Medicine sees Dr. Paparone — not a PA, not a rotating provider. The physician you chose is the physician you see at every appointment, every procedure, and every follow-up.
Dr. Paparone speaks both English and Italian and welcomes patients from across Collier County and Southwest Florida.

Approach to Care
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Paparone's approach to pain medicine is rooted in the belief that most chronic pain has a treatable source — and that the goal of care should be resolution, not just management.
Rather than masking pain with long-term prescriptions, Dr. Paparone performs procedures under fluoroscopic guidance. This non-surgical, non-opioid approach allows patients to recover function, return to activities they love, and reduce or eliminate their reliance on medications.
